"About our Trekking "
A hike or "trekking" is walking at our own pace on well-established trails that go from village to village. You will enjoy a close contact with people in remote mountain villages whose lifestyle has not changed for generations. You can trek in Nepal in many season of the year except the period of monsoon (about mid-June to mid-September) as usually heavy rainfall occurs. You do not need to be with the experence of climg-mountaineer for the trekkings on the hills of Nepal. But it is always advantageous to explore something more if you are physically fit. Perhaps the most enjoyable part of our trek will be the cool air of the mountains and magnificent views of the mountain peaks.Your trek will begin after breakfast. The morning walk is usually 3-4 hours and lunch will be made around noon. The camping site is reached around 4 p.m. and in the evening there will be plenty of time to relax. Each day is planned so that if you are a slow or a fast walker, there will be a lots of time to spare. If you are trekking in the higher altitudes, please tell your group leader immediately, if you feel even the little bit sick. Do not ignore headaches as they are the first sign of the altitudes sickness. Your inability to complete the trek is nothing compared to loss of life. Remember that your guides are responsible professionals, so feel free to tell them how you feel.

" Trekking Seasons in Nepal ": can be undertaken through out the year. There are four seasons in Nepal . Each season has its distinct attraction to offer. The seasons are classified as follows:   Autumn (September to November.); t his season offers excellent weather and tantalizing mountain views. Temperature are moderate, making it a good time for any trekking. The skies are generally clear with outstanding views. Occasionally short storms may dump considerable snow at higt altitudes. Winter (December to February) : t his season is noted for occasional snowfall only at higher elevations. Hence it is ideal for trekking at lower elevation, generally below 3000 meters. Spring (March to May): different varieties if wild flowers, specially the rhododendrons make the hillside above 3000 m. a hunting paradise during this season. It is mildly warm at lower elevations and at higher elevation, over 4000/5000 m, the Mountain View are excellent while the temperature is quite moderate. Summer (June to August): s ummer months continue up to mid September making travel wet and warm. These times are blessed.

The prices are complety to flight by Italy and every service. The group is formed from a minimun of 2 persons. The optimal group is formated from 4/8 people.

Down or fiber-filled jacket, Jumper or Pile Jacket , Hiking Shorts or Skirts, Waterproof Jacket, Poncho or Umbrella, Sun Hat, Swimwear, Footwear, Trekking or running Shoes, Camp Shoes or Chappals, Socks

Clothing for High-altitude.

Insulated, pants nylon windbreaker, nylon wind pants, hiking pants, T-shirts or blouses, long underwear, woolen Hat or balaclava, gloves or "polar", gaiters, mountain trekking boots, wolen socks, down booties, other equipments, backpack, sleeping hot bag, water bottle, stoves (in case of your choice), torch (flashlight), duffle bag (to storage the stuff in Hotel), stuff bag, stuff sack or plastic bag, sunglass or goggles, sunscreen (cream). Little Medical Kits: (bandaid to tape, (ansaplasto) bandaids, analgesic, (aspirina) cardiotonic and medicinal to prevent any form of mountain-seekness (Diamox) and antibiotic for the intestinal infection. Maps of appropriate trekking route. Personal toilets, towel, pre-moisten to welettes, toilet papers, bath soap, laundry Soap, Swiss Knife, A pair of scissors, Sewing Kits. Camera. Pencil and little notebook.

You'll remember your standard baggage is 15 kg ( doesn't have to overcome the 20 kg), divide into two bags: a travel/knapsack wit you set the exchange-dress. The second baggage is a mountain-backpack with your other necessary things: luggage for the flight with money and documents.

FORMALITY: Regular Passport for expatriation with validity 6 months. A Visa fees is required to enter Nepal when you arrive Tribhuvan International Airport-Point of Kathmandu , about 25/26 Euro (30 dollars) for Nepalese Visa (6o days). It is necessary also to have 5 photocard for the Visa and other Permits like to Trekking-Permit and tickets of entrance National Parks or into all the Religious-Archaeological Sites for a total of about 50 euro. You' ll send us, as soon as possible a photocopy of the passport and we give you the documentation for Visa. Before to go out by Nepal you pay again 19 Euro about for Tourism & AirportTax (1750 Rs. nepales).
